We ordered the London bar stool in charcoal for our newly renovated bar. I rang Scott to confirm the stool looked slightly brown like it did in the picture and he confirmed this with me. Once the stool arrived and I placed it in our bar it was very clearly a light grey and not what it looked in the picture. I had a lot of help from the supplier of the bar stool, but Scott was very difficult to deal with and didn’t want to find a solution for us.
