The Cache is so so so good. I got the Wagu steak and oh my goodness 10/10. The side was Brussel Sprouts and they were cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the NY strip and frites which was just as delicious! The cherry on top of our night was our server, Kat. She is such a light and so good at what she does. She was very mindful of my nut allergy and truly made the experience 10/10. Thank you for a great night Cache!

My husband and I were running errands in Fort Collins and wanted to find a nice restaurant, spontaneously, to finish off our evening. We drove around forever until we found The Cache free parking lot across the street and wondered inside. The staff were very welcoming, we were seated quickly, our waiter was wonderful. Food was good. But service was terrible. It took an hour for the waiter to even take our entree order. We were a larger table and I don’t know if they were understaffed but they certainly weren’t too busy. The waiter came by our table 3 times during a 2 hr dinner. I wish I could say I’d come back. I did enjoy the food but I don’t think I’m coming back.
We had a phenomenal dinner here - the service was excellent and the food was even better! We had steaks, they were all seasoned and cooked perfectly. The seared shishito peppers and beef carpaccio were excellent. The carrot cake was delicious. All of the ingredients were so fresh. Highly recommend!
