A terrible company full of morally bankrupt people who will do everything in their power to ruthlessly take advantage of the people who have the misfortune to live in one of their properties while not giving the slightest concern about their safety or happiness. For example, despite constant maintenance requests, a roof that was leaking for 3 years straight was never once even addressed, although the management claimed they were looking into it.
