Like many of the recent reviewers mentioned, we have experienced the most horrific customer service from “Little Tony” specifically. In March of 2023 we returned a piece of equipment with a price tag of $7000. We do have the delivery confirmation that it was received by them from the freight carrier. They mentioned at the time that a refund would be issued in the coming weeks. The refund was never received. And back n forth communication ensued. Took a new ridgid pro press in for warranty work in August of 23, Did not hear back for months , made many calls and was told it will 3 more months waiting on parts. I called ridge tool and this is where Tony the owner of the cable center started his lies, tony called and said my tool has been done since march of 24 and he never called me till I got ridge tool involved. The worst customer service from Tony and son, couldn’t help me with my lost order situation. Disrespectful and not even answering the phone after refusing to resend my order. They need experienced and respectful people to talk to costumers and let people talk, not interrupting while trying to get out of situations like this. Even worse not even sending any confirmation/tracking numbers. This feels like a SCAM.

I have called to speak with the owner Tony Quartuccio inquiring in business cause I own a business and I was inquiring in equipment he thought I was a scam and hung up I told him this was strictly a business call and he was rude and unprofessional
