We have been living in West Covina for over 30 years. We needed a kitchen and flooring remodel and we found Payless. So glad we did. Other competitors informed us they were unable to do the remodel because we live in a mobile home and the construction would not hold up the cabinets. Payless never brought that up and did an amazing job and installed our beautiful kitchen cabinets. I’m the end we are very happy and use our kitchen for family time. Thank you Eric and the installers for all your help.
I scheduled an appointment with Payless Cabinets expecting an initial design consultation to explore cabinet options and colors. However, after arriving, I was told the appointment was essentially not properly set up because my spouse. Before the visit, I had already answered many questions over the phone, including my project location/ZIP code and the styles/colors I was looking for. Initially, we were happy with cabinet, crows quality, work ethic and professionalism. But I’ve been waiting for almost one year for repairs to our poorly painted cabinets. Almost every cabinet needs paint repair. In the process, the ceiling in our guest room needed repair and we discussed fixing it in the spring. We have sent them messages and heard nothing in return.
