Very knowledgeable about products
Since i installed the Empire DV215S blower in my Empire furnace, the warm air is circulated farther throuout the cottage. The fan is quiet. It also cycles on and off as needed, using little power, which is a critial factor, since i am totally off grid.
I have made several purchases from Cabin Depot. I live off grid and have purchased mulitple inverters, a propane, and a propane heater. I have been pleased with the price, delivery, communication, and products, but the tech suppport received in relation to the inverters has been second to none. They more than tolerated my excessive questions and treated me with respect,; even though I am not an expert, they respected what I did know and worked with me to get the answers I needed. Have a food truck and bought a water pump for 220$ and it lasted a week before blowing up... Not happy
I’ve lived off grid for over 20 years and it’s often been a challenge to find the right off grid products until I found the Cabin Depot! They have an awesome selection of products, their staff are very knowledgeable, and their service is excellent. Highly recommend!
