We order a unique stove from the cabin depot which arrived on July.19, 2025. We noticed some damage from shipping and contacted them right away. We did not get a response back from them until I followed up on July.26 and then heard back on July.28. We then followed up the same day and did not hear back until aug.6 after looking for an update on Aug.2 and aug.6. I'm what you might call a nervous buyer. I have to ask tons of questions, read reviews, and I sometimes exasperate people with my indecision. My experience with Cabin Depot people, (there were more than a few who took my calls) was amazing. Showed parts in stock. Went to order and then got no notification or any news for 5 days. Tried to call multiple times every day and nobody picks up the phone. Turns out they are dropshipping from 3rd party and have no idea when parts are in stock or get delivered. Waste of time!
I installed the EG4 hybrid Minisplit 36000btu unit...I could not be more pleased...The installation was effortless and the Staff at The Cabin Depot were very responsive to my questions...Delivery was prompt and I was kept informed of the delivery tracking The system works better than I expected...using 4 only 590 watt panels in series gives me ample power to run the minisplit even without direct sunlight I would recommend The Cabin Depot..( the NB location was great as I am in Nova Scotia
