Clean, quiet, and comfortable place to live. The cottages have a charming, lived-in feel and are taken care of, even if they aren’t fancy. Management is responsive and the location is convenient without feeling crowded. Overall a peaceful spot and easy place to live.
I find the staff (manager and gentleman that maintains the property) to be very kind and hard working. The problem as I see it is one person cannot maintain this property alone. The concept of Cabanas is beautiful but the property needs so much work. In some places it actually looks abandoned. Another maintenance person could make this property looking very inviting, however, now it is so unkept. It is sad.
