Great place!
Cabana De Mar is now a great place to vacation. We chose to invest here after visiting other wonderful beaches along NC coast. As an owner/renter; it's private gated access/parking, close proximity to restaurants, live music, boardwalk and local shops was not available anywhere else within a similar budget. The beach view is unbelievable- so close with dedicated access and private parking lots. Again hard to find at any condo association within a similar budget. Could use a little updating but overall a nice condo with easy access to beach and boardwalk. Also walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping.
Best location on the island! Located directly on the Carolina Beach Boardwalk within walking distance to everything!
BEWARE!!!! This place is horrible! The owner will tow a car in a heartbeat even if you have a parking pass in your window for a neighboring hotel! When I tried to talk to the owner/hotel manager there, they said it wasn't their problem. I would understand if the hotel was slammed pack and the overflow park lot was full, but I was literally the only car there, and I thought that was for our hotels overflow lot.
