Hi there, I only need to ask a question, I haven't actually been to see you yet. I'm looking to fix the blunt chopped cut i received from someone else into the spiky layered cut I ordered. It's been 5 weeks since and I think it's grown out enough now. I'm leary, cannot bear another "no problem, easy cut, I can do this" situation where I'm left with no hair and a great deal of regret. Can you fix me? Pleeeeeeze.... and an estimated cost would be nice thanks. Reviews tell me look for Leona so that's what I need...
