Booked an appointment for 9am, showed up and even waited 30 minutes for someone to arrive and nothing. Went to cancel on the app and it appears as a no show when it was definitely the other way around.

My son had an appointment at 10:15. Nobody showed up. I called and spoke with Tim who was very rushed to get off the phone. Not professional at all. Did not even think to apologize. He mentioned he had stuff going on and was not going to make it in and didn’t know when someone was going to be in to open the store.
