Saw Dime today, I came in for a walk in just to get the side of my head shaved down and relined up. She was great. I mentioned I've had bad experiences before that made me shave my head, so she was careful, polite, and kept me informed through the whole process. I will be back.
Booked an appointment for 9am, showed up and even waited 30 minutes for someone to arrive and nothing. Went to cancel on the app and it appears as a no show when it was definitely the other way around.
