The service was excellent as was Jen in work and personality
I’ve been getting my hair cut at The Buzz for about 2 years now, and I couldn’t recommend it more! Izzy (stylist and manager) and Jen (owner and master barber) are both the most lovely and talented people. I always feel so welcome and cared for there, and my hair cuts are top notch. I 100% recommend The Buzz.
I have to say I had a great experience here Isabelle was amazing. I have extreme anxiety when cutting my hair. I have been experiencing hair loss from losing weight. She talked me through and understood what I really wanted instead what I thought I needed. She's great?
made my fist appt at the beginning of the week for 3 PM having never been here before after Isabelle commented on my FB post personally saying she'd love to give me a great experience cutting my hair. well day of my appt comes around and at 12 PM she asks me to come at 4 instead of 3 cause someone else is running late. Jen is absolutely the best hair stylist anywhere a few years ago I went to her because my barber retired sat down in the chair and she gave me the most perfect haircut ever right out of the gate. Ever month I return and she cuts my hair exactly like I want it no instructions needed, She is always cheerful and engages in conversation easily. It's a pleasure to do business with her. Saturday I got my last haircut from Jen and she did as always an outstanding job. I love her. She cuts it perfect every time.
