Olivia was pleasant and friendly and easy to work with so that was positive. However I kept being told over and over that I needed to clear up my bill with Firestone prior to them taking my car. I informed them numerous times that I had no debt owed to Firestone. Michelle made me call Firestone on speaker phone in front of her as if I was lying. They easily could have confirmed with Firestone if they needed. Instead they proceeded to make me feel like a liar and make me uncomfortable. You need to treat clients with respect.
Customer service and fair price. Process was super easy. Dropped off the car and picked up the check. If you have a car to sell, don't put on Facebook go here. Highly recommend
