I visit the Butler on the regular. Absolutely love this place. Friendly staff, fun specials that are always changing, and great food!
These guys recently catered my work Christmas Party... Unless you enjoy pressed turkey, questionable stuffing, and a touch of food poisoning, I would try another caterer.... As well, their bartender was nice, but felt it was okay to pour beer let it sit for who knows how long, then serve it to customers, and had the audacity to put out a tip jar. I've worked as a "Rent-a-bartender" before, and the tip jar is usually frowned upon. Maybe The butler did it has an alternate policy, to which they should probably have a look at.
It is with great disappointment that I write this review. After several attempts to contact Laura, the Event Coordinator and finally the owner, Darryl, emails and phone messages have remained unanswered for a week now from myself, and the bride. It shows the negligence is widespread in this company. As someone who works in customer service, I know that things happen but it’s the way a company responds to mistakes that says a lot about them.
