While known for their esoteric cuts of meat the more budget conscious should try their sausages. Made in house they offer wide verity from time to time. While my favorite has been the Hot Italian their recent Sweet Onion Garlic knocked it out of the park!
For thanksgiving I ordered a prime brisket from this establishment. It was 126.08$ which I was willing to pay for a Prime piece of meat. However, once I began to trim it and inspect it I realized this was completely low grade meat. This was not a prime piece of meat it was choice or below. Once I smoked it to optimal temperature it was confirmed that this was not good meat. It was dry and cooked like trash. I could have gotten a brisket from Costco for 80$ and better quality. Fabulous meet wonderful customer service and don't forget to ask for the Voodoo Bars - YUM!!!!
They catered our wedding last month and everything was delicious! The charcuterie board had excellent variety and quality of meats, cheeses, olives and crackers and dinner was delicious!
Just had a corned beef sandwich. Wow - that was f*cking delicious. Super employees, good selection of meats. Cannot wait to go back for another sandwich and a prime meat for a weekend dinner.
