Of your tired of buying meat and being disappointed in the quality go to a real butcher. Great service. Fresh and frozen meats and seafood available. There are other great "go withs "for a truly great meal.
This place is absolutely the best. what more can I say? if you aren't buying meat here I surely feel sorry for you. the cuts are top notch, the selection of brats are amazing and creative. they are a must try. the beef jerky is on point. I can go on for days about how great the meat is here. the owner is a great person, he's alive and full of energy, and its clear about how passionate he is about his customers and meat. it's a memory every time I walk in there. The butcher block by Maxbauer is a staple in the TC community.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mark a couple weeks ago. I walked out with a full arm of groceries and a full heart and attitude from the conversation I had with him. What a very down to earth and genuine man. I also need to point out that my family and I had just moved to the area right before thanksgiving and we ordered a thanksgiving meal from The Butcher’s Block and it was absolutely delicious and saved this momma so much stress and hassle.
