Worst customer service ever! I took my teenage sister to return school books. She walked in to a miserable heavy set older women with blonde grayish long hair. She was incredibly rude to my sister and the customer right after her. Pretty much just nodding no to everyone that walked up but never saying why or getting off the phone.
