We where told we would have a 24/7 help service when we had a problem with our 24/7 call Buisness line . That was not the case at all we had no phones over a weekend . With no f$&ks given by there team and know 24/7 back up at all .
One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If you want to be threatened to have your business' services shut off due to their mistake, go here. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Avoid at all costs.
Thank you to The Business Centre Cairns for getting our new clinic up and running for the start of this year. The team were super helpful, always available and supportive. They went above and beyond to ensure that our services were running up to speed. The team went above and beyond to help us with our NBN connection issue which wasn't even there job.
