There was a great selection of soups and sandwiches, and I was greeted with amazing service. Each soup can come with complimentary bread, crackers, or an apple. I tried the potato leek soup, which exceeded expectations, and the birria sandwich, which tasted great, but didn't have the expected flavour profile, and the consommé tasted like a very light broth. I entered the establishment with two revered associates, in good spirits and excited to sample some delicious soups and sandwiches. I had heard excellent things online (for the most part) and had high expectations. We were greeted warmly by the lovely men working behind the register.
