I recently underwent a sleep assessment and, unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. The technology used during the assessment felt extremely outdated — more like stepping into a lab from the early 1990s than a modern medical facility. The equipment was bulky, wires were everywhere, and nothing about the setup felt current or efficient. The room itself wasn’t any better.
