Absolute show, arrived for my appointment today at Albion Place at 3:34 for my appointment at 3:40. Still not seen by 4:15, 35 minutes waiting and still not seen by the doctor despite my appointment being 3:40!! I can understand 10-15 minutes late but not 35 minutes. Joke
I got there 3 minutes later than my appointment which I understand it’s my fault , there’s no signs or anything to tell you where to go , no one welcoming you in you basically have to figure out yourself where to go as on the website it says the practice is closed on weekends. After figuring out where to go it’s been 5 minutes in total that I was late for the appointment ( again fair enough it’s my fault) . My rating is solely on the fact it's difficult to get repeat appointments with the same doctor and also being unheard.
From personal experience, I would not recommend this GP practice to anyone that doesn't fit the area profile. The service, or rather lack of service that I received from this GP establishment was extremely negative. I will never approach this GP practice again. From my personal experience, their demeanor when they dealt with an at risk customer, made my mind up to keep well well away.
Worst doctors I've ever experienced mistakes every single time I've had dealings with them and obnoxious receptionist that don't know what their doing
