worst apartment ive ever lived in. especially for the price, which is completely unjustified. do not waste your time even looking at the buildings
I’ve lived here for three years and love it. A highlight is definitely the dog park. My neighbors are always willing to support each other and we love our walks to Como. Dailyn in the front office is super helpful and friendly.
I have lived her for almost two years and I have honestly loved my time here. Dailyn has been utterly fantastic. She was extremely helpful with my lease signing process and anytime I've had questions she's done her absolute best to help. I've read other reviews on here and while I do understand some of the complaints, a lot of them are leaving a lot of info out and are just leaving a negative review because they are mad they broke the rules or ignored posted info about garage work and having to move their cars. Great staff!! Love living here!! Very pet friendly dog park on the premise, a good size gym with a sauna, parking and easy access to lots of freeways stores making it great for those who commute to work and right near Como Park!!
I absolutely do not recommend this place. It’s the worst place to live. Do yourself a favor and never rent at The Burlington Apartments. The maintenance service takes more than two weeks to fix anything. They came to repair the washer and ended up breaking the dryer. I’ve been waiting two weeks for them to fix the window screens and they still haven’t done it. There are wasps and flies getting into the apartment. The water pressure is terrible.
