Since the Google rating is already, I am not sure how my one star review would add any worse or have them reassess their management. But, I feel the need to spill it out to alleviate my anger and hopefully some prospective tenants have any idea of what can happen. First, I should have spotted the red flag since the first tour. I'm going on my 2nd year living here, and there won't be a 3rd. Where to begin? Pros: 1. Vending machines in-building. 2. Fenced dog park & potty stations placed outdoors. 3. Hospitals, schools, restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, strip malls, retail stores, police/fire station, parks & lakes nearby! 4. Outdoor grills & furniture available for use. 5. Elevators. ***UPDATED 6.24.2025*** THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. RENTER BEWARE. I had toured this building few years which I thought the updated units were reasonable in a decent area. I was in a pinch with another rental recently and wanted to re-check out this apartment because my sister and I thought that it was a decent place to rent but not in an area that was close to work. We have been here for 8 months and and are happy that we moved here from a 3 story townhouse to a 2 bedroom single level apartment. From the initial tour through move in and to the present we have not had any issues that were not handled quickly.
