I was a tenant at Burlington Apartments in St. Paul, Mn from 2023-2025. I liked it at first but had minor issues like limited parking but it got worse quickly. Here are my list of issues I had in my time at this property: Garage door won't open consistently. Laundry card stopped working with money on it. Had to buy new laundry card and put more money on that. Washing machine on my floor messed up my clothes. Overall a decent apartment complex to live - I have just recently moved from there and below are my thoughts. A major pain point is parking - it can get tight sometimes. If they are doing parking projects/construction or plowing during the winter, you’ll be subject to parking on the other side of the lot away from where your unit is, or you may even be subject to going to park in the neighborhood while they do their project(s) or plowing. We lived at the Burlington for around 3 years. There were some ups and downs, but Dailyn was always super helpful, kind, and made sure residents had what they needed.
