Great staff!! Love living here!! Very pet friendly dog park on the premise, a good size gym with a sauna, parking and easy access to lots of freeways stores making it great for those who commute to work and right near Como Park!!
I absolutely do not recommend this place. It’s the worst place to live. Do yourself a favor and never rent at The Burlington Apartments. The maintenance service takes more than two weeks to fix anything. They came to repair the washer and ended up breaking the dryer. I’ve been waiting two weeks for them to fix the window screens and they still haven’t done it. There are wasps and flies getting into the apartment. The water pressure is terrible. I'm going on my 2nd year living here, and there won't be a 3rd. Where to begin? Pros: 1. Vending machines in-building. 2. Fenced dog park & potty stations placed outdoors. 3. Hospitals, schools, restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, strip malls, retail stores, police/fire station, parks & lakes nearby! 4. Outdoor grills & furniture available for use. 5. Elevators. I’ve been living in this place for a month, and I completely regret it. The maintenance service takes forever to fix problems, and we’ve had all kinds of issues in just one month. The water pressure is terrible, the floors are sinking, there’s a horrible smell in the hallways, the window screens are broken, and there are wasps inside the windows, so we haven’t been able to open them. They even switched the AC to heating mode when the temperature is over 80 degrees. I truly do not recommend this place.
