Rent here at your own peril. This place is a complete letdown: exorbitant prices for subpar living. Repairs take forever, and you'll find evidence of mice near the garbage. The hallways are often unkempt, with noticeable water damage. The staff in the office can be quite unfriendly; they only show a smiling face when showing the apartment. They take up valuable parking spaces, and you can forget about using the pool during the summer as it’s usually closed. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this building.

On bus line, but a bit $pendy. Elevator for handicap access. Auto doors for easy handicap access. Underground parking. The only downside is cost, and maintenance hours (no 24-hour maintenance. Maybe they have it now. I haven't lived there for several years). Good security. Locked outside doors.
