This place is a joke if you are seeking mental health care you would be better off going out of town the staff here treat you like an animal and not a person the amount of disrespect you receive is unacceptable the front desk staff could not care less and have a robotic uncaring attitude this place feels cold dismissive and seems to enjoy insulting peoples intelligence.
Intake is overly complicated and annoying for someone desperately trying to get help. I also had problems with reliability of care. Went in for an appointment, was told it had been changed to a phone call meeting. Never received a call. Went back explained what happened and finally got the call like I was supposed to. At the end of the call I was informed I would be called again in a week l......didnt received that call....either.... 2 months and I've only spoken to my case manager 2 times. I definitely can understand stand why no one wants to get help from them. First,tell me why you can't just turn your application in. Set up an intake appointment. 2nd Why can't you make an appointment to turn in your paperwork if you need to be present for it. You make people who are asking for help not wanting to even try with those stupid rules. I highly recommend you evaluate your intake process. Because it sucks.
This facility in Livingston is dangerous to their patients!!! They prescribed my daughter in law a psychotic drug instead of a sleep med!! She had just gotten back from a psychiatric facility due to their prescriptions.
