Place fell off, Burger was dry, Bun was a rock, forgot one item i ordered.
Called for pickup. They’re forgot an item. When I called to tell them the kid who answered the phone tells me “I specifically remember packing it are you sure it’s not there?” The bag is full to the top with the other 5 items, please tell me where you would’ve fit the 6th item? Upon pickup my husband informed the kid that a drink was supposed to be with the kids burger. The kid said “oh I don’t know about that” meanwhile their menu clearly states it. First and last time.
New ownership has destroyed this place. This is the 2nd time here since they acquired it. The first time the register was broken and they struggled to get the order placed. Today, my wife ordered the nachos which were supposed to have onion, tomato, corn, refried beans and shredded cheese and it was literally corn chips with a burned chili meat on it. We threw most of it in the trash. The food was awful. Been coming here for a decade and i may not be back until they clean this disaster up
