If I could give zero stars i would, These guys are calling on 10 year+ debt ...not mine but calling every family member but yet never called their dad (me), they buy bad old debt thats not even on a credit report from when my son was in college, hes been out of school for over 10 years
Just like all debt collectors they paid pennies on the dollar for my debt. Like all debt collectors they want to sound official and ask questions to get in your business. Like they care. But they don't. I want to make payment arrangements on a settlement amount. I have done it before. Guy doesn't want to do it. Predatory, typical debt collectors
I’m not an employee leaving a review. Genish was the representative who helped me and he was absolutely lovely. I am accountable for my own error in not paying a debt irregardless of the circumstance. The company and representatives don’t put people in the situations they are in…the people calling did. Not once was I made to feel foolish or ashamed for trying to resolve the debt and, Genish hearing me talk with my kid, was incredibly personable and…human. Tried to call back multiple times. My lawyer said save the phone records as it works to your advantage. I think the two good reviews are employees.
