Jake is a horrible business owner. He had to make a different account and name of his business because he had so many bad reviews on his last business called “summer snow outfitters” he is notorious for being dishonest. if there is a good review for his business it’s probably because he had his friends write one to help his already bad reputation. I have rented both boats and snowmobiles from these guys. My family has throughly enjoyed each adventure! They were professional and courteous and went far out of their way to make sure my family and friends enjoyed their experience! I can't wait to visit Coeur D' Alene again and rent another rental! CAUTION: Very unprofessional small business. I was taken back by the extremely negative attitudes of both staff members, almost as if they resent customers. They seem to find the nature of their work to be irritable and it shows in their poor customer service. They said they would adjust our reservation to accommodate our travel time then without authorization tried to charge us for this time. So we went to the marina at the resort instead and they were 1000 times more pleasant, positive and the cost was much cheaper. I pers... read more
