My PT Dion has been great to work with. Learnt lots and he is always open to feedback, adapting the program, and good with managing injuries through our PT sessions. Would recommend whether you’re experienced or starting out in the gym :)
GREAT GYM - Could not recommend more was awesome to pop in for a day
Jordan has been essential in guiding me through my fitness journey. He’s supportive, knowledgeable, and always knows how to push you to get results. The gym itself is awesome and clean with plenty of equipment to be used on any day with a great vibe.
Great gym, very nice equipment and facility. But awful internal system - I was told I was "accidentally" given access to this gym instead of the regular One Playgrounds after 18 months of going here, and I have to pay more to get higher membership tier. Even when I offered to pay for more, they "can't do anything because of the system" and I have to wait for more than 2 weeks to come back and upgrade my membership. I bet the staff member are equally as frustrated having to deal with these complaints.
