Declined a trial due to not living local in Surry Hills by female staff. This condition was not mentioned in any part of their website. Disappointing as one of the first questions asked was my address, nothing about where I train or work. Waste of time
Whatttttt!!!!!!!!!!! I already cancelled like two months ago 🤬🤬🤬🤬 last payment already paid OMG what the hell !!! Should be finished everything why disturb me like this again bad very bad service ! 🤬
Used to be a great gym, sadly it seems to have dropped the ball in the last 6 months, towels been left on equipment for weeks, weights not in order, dirty floor/equipment. PT’s using 2 or 3 equipment at once, rude behavior from some as well, not a good representative of the gym. Hopefully things change in the future, but for now it seems to have gone quantity rather than quality.
