First 3 days was a dream the last 2 was such a dampener to our 10year wedding anniversary. The views and pool side were absolutely stunning and the bungalow was a great size and had all the right things. By day 4 nobody from house keeping had come even know they should've come on day 3 so I called asking for more towels. When the staff had arrived with fresh towels I had the wet towels waiting for her she let us know she would call around to have someone come to change the linen and take all the rubbish that we had bagged at... read more
