The management is unresponsive to most of the complaints, and the community within this complex is terrible. I've had smoking neighbor for years and my complaints never got resolved. There were thefts in the parking lot, which never got addressed by the management. Also, some neighbors like to play loud music and don't correct their behavior, most likely due to the management problem.
Literally thieves. Good luck getting your deposit back after moving out from one of the worst places you can live in.
