Delayed review but I saw Sam a few times before Christmas with bad knee pain. He was amazing, super friendly & knowledgeable. Taught me things about my knee/ankle/feet and way I walked that I had never noticed. He set me up with formthotics, and I was all done within 2 or 3 appointments. Before Christmas I was struggling to do any movement due to the pain, was only wearing one pair of shoes and limiting my movement to walking to and from the train for work. Sam (The Bundoora Podiatrist) is the best Podiatrist i have had the pleasure of seeing. He is a true professional, takes his time and explains everything to you step by step about your specific condition and how he will treat it. He takes photos of your feet showing how your feet are and of any corrections are required with insoles where fully customised or moulded and even with this he won't pressure you to go fully customised if he feels he can get the same results with moulded insoles which are 1/4 the price. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Sam and his business. Honestly, from his work to the way he handles situations and always listens. Not one thing I can fault, did an amazing job on an ingrown toenail. Even after the procedure was complete, still kept in contact and shows he cares by providing help and advice. Outstanding when it comes to fitting you in and making time. The best podiatrist there is and provides the most quality service, cannot fault anything once again! Would highly recommend to everyone.
