Terrible quality and poor communication — no surprise they have bad reviews everywhere. Stay away.
Janet at The Bumper Depot has done multiple cars for me over the years. My 68 mustang in 2000, My 1957 Chevy truck was done in 2014 and the chrome still appears showroom condition. She recently last year did my 1957 Ford custom 300 and the chrome on that vehicle is absolutely beautiful, I can’t recommend them enough. They stand by their work and the quality is unsurpassed . The quality of work from Bumper Depot is not good. They send their bumpers out to be done and the chrome peels if it gets bumped at all. Junk. Don't do it.
A good friend of mine had a very bad experience with the work done by Bumper Depot. Be sure to look closely at what you receive back from them right away for quality and fit. Do not assume anything. Customer service is lacking.
Terrible exspierience. Chrome failed on bumper for my 66 chev.To exchange i would have to pay shipping again. Wont do business again.!
