Good Place to Shoot I've been going to the Bullet Hole for years and have had a very positive experience. I've found the folks there to be both friendly and helpful. I've never had any problems there. I would recommend it.

Nice place I was in there about a week ago and the staff was friendly and helpful, despite the fact that the place was packed. Didn't have to wait long and they had ammo. Plus, it is warmer in there.

Bad Attitude and customer service Wow.... unbelievable. In today's tough economy I can't believe a business like this can thrive. Must be because the staff thinks there is no where else to shoot. I asked a simple, non threatening question. The employee must have been in a bad mood or something told me if I didn't like it I could go elsewhere because they had PLENTY of business without mine. You can treat a few people like this and get way with it for a while. But eventually people will go elsewhere!

great service Everytime I go into the bullethole the staff is very helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about guns and always willing to answer questions. Enjoy giving them my business.

Rude & Arrogant Employees I've had a large gun collection for 50 years. Longer than the staff at the Bullet Hole has even been alive. I Took a few of my grandfather's high dollar collectables there to shoot. The staff was acting like they are doing everyone a favor by being there. Right to my face they were somewhat making fun of my age and the age of the guns. I explained politely that those guns were made before their parents were born and probably worth more than 5 years of their salary. A bunch of Punks work there. I've ... read more

The bullet hole sucks!!!!!! These guys are a bunch of a$$holes....they make fun the there customers and their guns. I talk down to the military guys when they come in to shoot or buy parts. The punks that work behind the counter act as though you are bothering them even walking into the store. I was in the store for five minutes before they even said hello.
