Buyer beware. This company does not do quality work. Nor do they backup the poor workmanship that they sign their names to. We hired them to inspect our home and 3 months later we my fiance is changing a lightbulb on a ladder and notices that we have a whole brick wall falling off of our house. Do not use this company. Though initially we were pleased with our interactions with Building Knowledge, we found ourselves facing thousands of dollars in urgent electrical repairs a month after we moved into our home. We were blindsided because the report either missed these issues altogether or indicated that they were upgrades that could be made, but not urgent issues. Adam Goldner, from the Building Knowledge Team, performed a very thorough inspection and was very clear as to the minor issues the property had. He answered all questions and gave us an in depth explanation as to why the issues occurred and how to efficiently fix them.
