Very professional
I have used the Building Group several times over the past 8 years. From a tree crashing through my roof into a spare bedroom, to small (for them) repairs such as installing roof vents, they did their job with no issues, on time, and on budget. They are the first ones I call for home repairs that I can't do myself.
During an early spring snow storm a huge pine tree fell on my house. Then a week later a second pine landed close to the where the first had fallen on the roof. A representative of The Building Group came to my house the very morning after the first tree fell. He stepped me through the process of how the repair would take place and worked with my insurance company to make sure that everything that was done would match the original quality and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone.
I can't tell The Building Group how much I appreciate everything they are doing for my father in law. He is 92 years old, going blind and 100% disabled. A water pipe burst inside his house around 1 a.m. on January 2nd. It flooded his bedroom, bathroom, hall, kitchen, underneath home insulation, heat ducts.
