Good experience with the tech, he was super nice. Prices are extremely high for what service we got. For a carpenter bee remediation, I paid $677 regardless of the size of the problem. Its a one size price. I had to get 3 holes on the front porch and 1 on the back porch “remediated” for a refinance. 4 holes, the tech was in and out in half hour, and filled the holes with a dust that was maybe $100 for a 3 pound bucket. I feel so blessed to find Charles. I had a really bad mice infestation and felt very overwhelmed. Charles was very calming and aggressive in addressing the issue from many different angles. I started to see results immediately! Over the next 6 weeks, Charles and his company would check in to monitor the issue. Their professionalism is unmatched and no corner was left unturned. We live in a wooded area and have used Viking monthly and there is no comparison to the big masters service!
