Super fast reply to my call; they worked to schedule an immediate appointment; were great to work with on site, they informed me about everything, showed process when I asked questions, and they took care of a really bad hornet/yellowjacket nest in our wall. I was having an issue with yellow jacket Bees in my yard while I was away. I gave Bug Busters a call and let them know of my situation. They drove to my yard and took care of the problem before I even arrived. PJ was nice enough to point out and other issue and took care of it the very next day as promised. I called to get a huge hornets nest off my kids playset. He came the very next day and removed and disposed of the hornets nest in a timely fashion. He arrived when he said he would and was very nice.
