I highly recommend The Buffalo Pit! I used them for catering for my son's high school graduation party and WOW!!! Absolute perfection on everything! I ordered the pulled pork, sliced beef brisket, the collard greens, and the cornbread. The meat literally melted in your mouth, the greens were made to perfection, and the cornbread was amazing! Phenomenal BBQ for our 4th of July Party! Beau and Mary were great to work with, accommodating our order on the actual holiday which is tough to find! Food was delivered hot and on time, and portions were generous. Our family and friends raved about the meal. The Pig Candy was a highlight and something you can't get locally! Kids and adults loved the mac n cheese, the brisket and pulled pork were fall apart tender with great flavor, and the cornbread was a perfect side. Will order again!

Buffalo Pit is so, so good. We have had them cater my daughter baptism and her first birthday party and both times our guests raved about the food. The brisket is to die for. We also get the pulled pork, mac and cheese and corn bread and it is all very good.
