I've been getting the Buffalo News for decades. Their constant pricing increases caused me to stop delivery but I continued to purchase their Sunday addition locally. Now that daily edition has increased to $4.50 so I will no longer patronize them.
BUYER BEWARE regarding Buffalo News handyman ads which are scams and fraud because a handyman took $2,000 from my mother and didn't do any work. The West Seneca Police and Detective Gibbons know this handyman is a scammer, fraud and steals from stores.
The Buffalo News is an ok paper which would be fine for quick morning reading IF the delivery service was dependable. It is not. And good luck addressing any issue you may have with their service. Customer Service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. If you call, wait times are well over 30 minutes, if some one ever answers. If you leave a message for a callback, they do not respond. My suggestion, buy it if you’re out but stay away from delivery.
