We ordered catering for a Grand Opening event and Buffalo Catering did not dissapoint! The food was AMAZING! Everyone enjoyed the food choices, but the smoked chicken quesadilla was by far the fan favorite. We also enjoyed the fruit and antipasto trays. The staff was timly and professtional from creating the menu to delivering the food.
The whole experience working with Buffalo catering was extremely carefree and professional.
I needed a caterer for a small dinner party of 15 people with a short time frame. I reviewed their website and food options and upon calling, requested they select the menu with a few accommodations for a food allergy and they delivered above and beyond. The food was great, the service and delivery was top notch and I will be using this caterer in the future. My guest all asked who catered it, that tells you a lot.
We went with Buffalo Catering Company for our wedding reception at the botanical gardens last October, and we had an excellent experience with them! The food at our event was excellent! For the drink package, we were able to customize the drinks we serve since we wanted a focus on some craft/local breweries and they were great at accommodating.
