I chose this company to cater my wedding Aug 2, 2025. The staff was excellent and the food was amazing. Heidi was amazing at making sure everything went smoothly and that I the bride was happy. This was just about the best wedding food I've ever had. My guests couldn't stop expressing how good the food was. I will use them for my next event.
I recently held a baby shower for my daughter and ordered "The Perfect Shower" package. This included assorted tea sandwiches, 2 different salads, and a cheese platter. Everything was delicious, and there was an ample serving of everything! They even supplied a generous amount of serving utensils! I ordered breakfast for a corporate event and had a great experience. The food was fresh, high-quality, and very well received by our team. The catering staff was friendly, organized, and easy to work with from start to finish. We appreciated how smooth the pickup process was and would definitely use The Buffalo Catering Co. again for future events!
The Buffalo Catering Co handled the food and drinks for a large (200 guests!) reception for my department at UB. The food was great, service timely and kind, and setting up the ordering and payment very straightforward and all staff were incredibly responsive. Cannot thank them enough!
