I joined 2 months ago as a complete beginner to strength training (I’ve done yoga for a year) and to my surprise I fell in love with it! The coaches are phenomenal, the classes are challenging but tailored to each individual, and the members are so friendly! It’s not a traditional HIIT style workout- it’s functional strength training which is so important for everyone. Highlyyy recommend!
