If you want a gym that becomes more like family than the buffalo is for you! The coaches are always willing to help, great workouts, and everyone is always supporting you. You may also find a “gym mother”. Love ya Katie 🦬
Love the atmosphere here! The coaches are friendly and motivating. They teach proper form to prevent injuries. Love the focus on warming up and stretching every day before the workouts. Super easy to make friends! Highly recommend it here regardless of your fitness level
I was looking for a unicorn gym experience…heavy lifting in a class environment; coaches that encourage, assist, and push not just yell out instructions; a comfortable environment that welcomes all ages and body types; members that were encouraging and fun…I found this and more at The Buffalo Gym!! I LOVE the Buffalo Gym. I’ve been going for almost a year now and am so happy I decided to try it out. The workouts are challenging in the best way; the coaches are fun and motivating; and the community is fantastic.
