Need to shout out my peeps at Budo Ryu!!! Eric and Geri run one of the best programs for Muay Thai, and treat their class like family. Respect and effort is all they ask for. They will push you to be better but will never MAKE you do anything you’re uncomfortable with. Beginner or advanced, , come hang M/W/F and hit some pads or get some sparring in!

I do not recommend this gym. They had me spar at my very first Muay Thai class. If I had known at the time how unethical this is, I would have left the class. Also, the class instructor did not have me wear the proper gear - I was not wearing a mouth guard. I was punched in the face by a classmate who was not made aware that I was not wearing a mouth guard. I am lucky that I was not seriously injured. I will not be going back and I would never recommend a friend to this gym.

The best people! I did personal training with them over the last year or so and it was amazing. The whole team is so knowledgeable and I always felt so safe and welcomed. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this gym for over 4 years now and have not found a better gym. From functional fitness, Muaythai, boxing, jiujitsu, this gym and its members are a laid back, fun group, and make learning Muaythai fun and a good workout. I was taught all the basics, was able to train for fitness and later for fights. This is the type of gym that doesn't push you past your comfort level and ensures people you are sparring teach you and help you learn when you are new.
