Worst HOA lawn service offered. They are rude, sloppy, and unprofessional. One of the employees was upset about steeping into mud and because he saw my dogs and I outside in my yard he decided that it was appropriate to try and intimidate me by posturing himself, lowering his glasses, smirking, and staring me down. When I asked what he needed he continued to remove his glasses, cleaning them, and without breaking eye contact I asked him what he needed and if nothing then he needed to leave…once he saw my dog stand up and gua... read more
The site supervisor discriminated against pale-skinned peeps. We had to work very hard, however the other races sat in the break room all shift. The company had a large contract with a certain well-known company in blue, and had about three dozen people employed. But only a small percentage actually did any work. There were areas that were never cleaned or cleaned very rarely. Only a few people were responsible for cleaning half of all areas on a large campus, while the other workers hid.
I would not recommend the Budd Group's lawn mowing services for your home or community. Despite being hired by our HOA, their performance has been consistently subpar. The worst of all is that while working on our home, one of their lawn mowers struck the siding of our home and did not report the incident. After waiting for an answer on the issue for about 2 months. The Budd Group’s insurance denied our claim because the Budd Group told them that they did not do it and because we did not have video evidence to confirm it. I ... read more
