Put one star only because you have to put a star to be able to post. STAY AWAY FROM BUCKNER. Zero customer service. No one answers the phone at any location or responds to voicemails or emails. I've emailed marketing but doubt I'll get a response until I send a bad review. I've been a customer for 4 years now. My rate is increased drastically every year. UPDATE: The team owned their mistake and made it right after publishing this review so amended it to 4 stars. I will still steer away from Workers Comp insuramce team there. I had a great working relationship with Tyson Kay that I would continue to recommend. Tyson is very helpful and proactive. However, I had a horrible experience with Buckner Company as part of a workers comp policy (different department). We canceled the workers comp policy 1 month in (with 11 months out of 12 left) due to questionable business practices ... read more
We have been a client of Buckner for around 15 years. They are an amazing company who supports their clients through anything! We have had so many situations where their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, and experience have proved very valuable to my company. Working with Justin Robinson, Saundra Hardy, Amy LaFond, Dylan Kimball (just to name a few) has been a joy and a blessing! If you are wondering where to go for your insurance needs - Buckner would be my first call!
