My experience with Buckner Company was positive initially, but later changed. I worked directly with Christy Atkinson and Brian McKellar. In my experience, my situation was handled poorly, and communication was inconsistent. This caused significant stress and financial strain for me. This review reflects my personal experience.
Such a horrible experience with my daughter being in an accident. The property and casualty department didn’t reach out after claim was issued. Once I called in and spoke to many offices, I was told that Amanda Fowler was on vacation For more than a week, I would expect at this point for another agent to reach out to me.
