I was denied a fair trail by Brain Buckley.The "lawyer" wouldn't allow me to wear I tie at my own trial.He wouldnt allow me an investgator.He denied me of my rights.

Was speaking with a receptionist who interrupted me while I was talking and said Ms Buckley couldn’t take my case because I wasn’t referred to her by a law firm and when I tried to explain she interrupted me yet again and said good bye and hung up the phone while I was in the middle of a sentence. Poor phone etiquette and who does family law like that? Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Heather Buckley was assigned to be my son's "public defender" but she might as well have been the prosecuting attorney. All she had to do was check her facts and listen. There was a clerical error in the paperwork but when my son tried to point it out, she would just spit out "I'm talking, you listen!" She wanted him to take a deal for 11 days in jail when there was no violation at all. We had to hire a real attorney to just go up to the judge and say there is a clerical error. I am very lucky to have had Heather and her staff represent me in a very difficult and dirty case. My kids and I were in a lot of trouble with the deck stacked against us.
