Mark Lane was everything you’d hope for when it comes to great service. From the moment my wife and I arrived, Mark welcomed us with open arms and went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable—even before we talked about living at The Buckley. Throughout our conversation and tour, he was respectful, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely listened to our story, which he made easy to share. Our time with Mark gave us a real sense of the warm, friendly environment The Buckley offers its residents.
Horrible management, rodent issues. Extremely overpriced. And yes i know many people who live or have lived here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Lots of other much better locations in the area, such as modera.
After two amazing years at the Buckley, we are truly sad to be moving out. This place has felt like home, and so much of that is thanks to Barbara, our incredible leasing agent. From day one, she made everything welcoming and stress-free. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Pros: The place is overall quiet and friendly. Staff is nice. Theres a bunch of office/lounge areas at the pool and the Club (Main building) with a coffee machine, gym, kitchen area. Its clean for sure. Cons (mostly winter): Theres a 5% chance that you get warm water in the winter. Both in the kitchen and bathroom. I have to take my kids to my gym to shower. The water is probably 70° at the warmest and mind you the average body temp is 98.6° so aything below that feels cold. Now someone from the office is going come on here ... read more
