I been calling and trying to reach a REAL person is very frustrating. It's like trying to reach the president and you can't.
Arben is, without a doubt, the best concierge I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. No request was too big or too small — he handled everything with efficiency and genuine care. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, Arben went above and beyond every single time.
The building overall is okay. Constant maintenance issues (elevators, in unit dishwashers, and washing machine, etc.) The property management agents are largely rude, fake and unhelpful. The only shining beacon is Arben the morning front desk concierge. He is bubbly and friendly. Always wishes me a good morning and is generally very helpful. If I ever needed anything I would make sure to go to him first.
I have lived many years at Quimby on 23rd and have been very satisfied. The only negative is that rent is rather high and climbs faster than inflation. However, this is a fact of life in Arlington. The staff at Quimby is excellent. Maintenance is typically excellent and always prompt. Response time to my last service request, a plumbing issue, was less than one hour! I was very pleased.
