My rental experience here was not ideal. The lease clearly stated that cleaning fees should be split among all roommates, but because I was the last person to move out, management asked me to pay the entire cleaning fee. Honestly, I lived here for two years and I do not recommend it all. First of all, as soon as you move-in, they charge you a crazy amount of fees for everything. Second of all, their amenities were usually not operating, such as the pool, hot tub, and treadmills. I was willing to overlook all of this, yet in my move-out they charged me $116 dollars as the cleaning fee for the smallest details although I left it pristine. Had a very bad experience at the Bryn. Constantly felt like the staff had something against me, there were not helpful or understanding at all. You are expected to move into a room with dirty common areas as they dont clean them before move in, and you are expected to pay cleaning fee even if you clean your room. The walls are paper thin, and there is always something wrong. AVOID THE BRYN AT ALL COST!!! all the care about is how they can get the most money off you offering minimal service, the staff is not helpful and understanding at all and there is always some militance issues specially with the plumbing. There are lots of better option, cheaper ones and expensive ones, both would be better than the bryn!!
