Nazly, the leasing agent, has been so, so, so amazing to work with. The process of getting an apartment here has been extremely difficult due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. But it was made significantly easier to bear due to Nazly's consistent follow-up and dedication to making things work for us to the best of her ability.
