I've lived here for a year and I love it. Love the proximity to the local park and downtown Norcross and the library. The maintenance team is great and responsive. The apartment has great amenities and the community is quiet and respectful. Recommend 10/10
Delaney was amazing to work with! She was extremely helpful, fast, and very accommodating throughout the entire leasing process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, always quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile to help. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend working with her!
I'm leaving a second review because I believe its my duty to recognize and acknowledge a team when they do a great job. I won't get into details, I had an issue and the management team did a great job helping me to resolve it. This really shows they care about their tenants. If you are looking into an apartment complex with an amazing location, great amenities and a great leasing office team, this is the place to be.
I had the pleasure of meeting and touring with Delaney. She was a breath of fresh air. The property is AMAZING and clean! I hope to call it home soon!
I choose the Brunswick because of its quiet yet quaint location to the city and my job. I must say this process has been incredibly smooth due to the leasing team. Delaney made sure I had all the proper tools to make our transition easy! The staff in general is incredible. The community has amazing residents.
