Joe Lancos and his staff were excellent in helping us with our vehicle claim. This being our first wreck, we had many questions and Joe was there to talk to us. They are very thorough in explaining the process and keeping us informed. Even though their firm was two hours away, we were able to do everything by phone including the paperwork.
