Perfect location if you see a show at the Festival theater, 5-6 min walk to get there. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. The hotel is beautifully appointed with thoughtful and attractive decor. We have stayed at several accommodations in Stratford over the years but the Bruce is far and away above any other location we have experienced. We will definitely return.
This is the most.amazing hotel. From the time we entered until we left, the service was perfect, the food everything we could have wanted and the building and our room superb. When we come back to Stratford for the festival we will stay here agaon
Wanted a little fancy added to my day and certainly found it when stopping by the Bruce Hotel for lunch. Lovely tables and chairs and the staff certainly hang on every word to ensure a pleasurable experience. Atharva Joshi was our waiter and he provided wonderful care and service, he should be recognized by his supervisor. His attention to detail and pleasant demeanor was excellent. Fabulous small hotel. Beautiful rooms, grounds. Amazing attention to detail. Staff very attentive and lovely. They noticed we wear glasses and left lens wipes in the room! Restaurant food is great. Our go to place to stay in Stratford.
